I wasn't sure which subforum to place this, but I was wondering, do any of you use okara (the leftover stuff after you make soy milk at home) in recipes?
I just made a batch of soy milk, and I've got some left over.

Found these sites to make stuff with it.

It makes the BEST veggie burgers ever (in fact it's a prime ingredient in veggie burgers and even meat burgers that add some "meat substitute" to lower the cholesterol).

If you further process the soymilk into tofu, don't forget to use the whey in so many ways! ;)
