This is something very bizarre that's happend to me, and i don't often meet up with the bizarre, so i wanted to know, has anyone ever seen something materialize out of thin air before? Last year, i was standing in my kitchen making tea, with my sister, and a button fell out of the air and landed on the counter. It didn't fall from the ceiling, and it wasn't ON the ceiling, it fell from right above eye level, about a foot away from any cabinets or walls. I thought it was the wierdest fucking thing ever, and she was freaked too. I kind of forgot about it, but a week ago, my boyfriend and i were in his bedroom, working on some project or another, and a button fell from the fucking air right by him. I was absolutely floored, he didn't seem to give a shit. Maybe if he had seen the first one. This one was about head height as well, and fell about a foot from him, at least a few feet from any walls. There was nothing it could've fallen off of, just like the first button. I wish I had saved the first one... I'm pretty sure they were both plain black buttons though. So. What the fuck? Anyone have a clue? And why buttons? I'm seriously not usually witness to the paranormal, though i've had one or two experiences. This is the oddest, mostly because of the repetition, i suppose. I would love an opinon. Sorry so long, i blab a lot.

You wouldnt believe some of the things ive experienced...although these things have usually occured when i was under a high level of stress and my mind was disordered...

But a few have been when i was completely calm, and doing something ordinary, like walking to college or catching a bus...

Once i was walking down the street and suddenly an orange aeroplane appeared ahead of me, and crashed into a building...i saw it all and it seemed 3d, real...i saw flames, smoke...a few seconds later my whole vision changed, the building was not on fire, and apparently no plane had ever been there...But it had seemed so real.:(

Seriously...this is the sweetest thing i've read all day. I can't believe you didn't keep the buttons. I would have made a necklace with them. Maybe one day you'll find the coat they've been falling off of, and you'll thank yourself for having buttons to sew back on it.

Try reading the books of Charles Fort. Long before Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Charles Fort chronicled the wierd and bizarre. People sent him news clippings from their local papers. He wrote of many accounts where things seemed to 'materialize' and fall from thin air.

lol, thanks lucy, you're probably the only person who would catagorize this as "sweet". I did save the second button, the first one was lost in a move..
This honestly wasn't a hallucination, i've had those when i've gotten really burnt out before (first sign of a successful summer...). Perhaps they're from another dimension. Somewhere, in another dimension, someone is pissed and frustrated because they lost another freaking button and can't find it anywhere...They probably have some of my socks. Actually, Acid is known to generate flashbacks sometimes several years after the initial trip.

That's true, remnants of it settle in your spinal chord and sometimes bits of it will be released randomly, causing said flashbacks.
