Hey Ellis, I have a question that I was hoping you could reply to as soon as possilble.

How long does Vicodin (snorted) have to be in your system for it to show up on
a urine test? Assuming you're a 120 pound kid?

i'm not ellis but i think i can help you out. first i would guess vics would stay in your system up to 5 days maybe, thats a guess. but i'm pretty damn sure, not all they way positive, but pretty sure that vicodin does NOT show up as an opiate on a urine test.

yes i know... im not asking how long it stays in your system.
im asking how long does it take after using the drug to show up on a test.

i've heard that it will show up on a drug test for three days after you've taken it

Your body starts metabolizing the drug immediately, and detectable levels of metabolites would start to appear in the urine within a few minutes. Certainly less than an hour.

Are you planning to get high immediately before a piss test?

It's pretty dependent on the state of your liver- I wouldn't bet on more than hour for trace amounts to show.

Probably by the time you got off you'd test positive- if you eat it.
Snorting or injecting it probalby within 15-30 mins.

well crap.
yah i wasn't thinking about that at all, i snorted half a pill about an hour before the test. all i can hope is that what i was given was a 5 panel test.

Hate to break it to you, but the opiate portion of most of the NIDA-5 panels given these days will detect synthetic opiates like hydrocodone and oxycodone, as well as the traditional morphine, codeine, and heroin.

and why in god's name did you snrot vicodin thats a total waste not to mention it destroys your nose. mostly all you did was shove an ass load of APAP up your nose.
