Pretttty sure erowid.org has a section on Ambien. You can use this for researching dosages, experiences, precautions, etc. Check it out.

Be safe and have fun. :)

ahha rox :D i used to take 5 5mg at a time and i'd trip but only with my eyes closed if that makes sense, and was kinda confused. um.... after a while i think i kinda built up a tolerance though cause after the third or fourth time five didn't really do much. :C so....take ten. :D

i take little doses...i'm afraid not to havre an allergic reaction or sth...i'll take more eventually, but omg, it's crazy, i can't seem to keep my eyes open, i fall asleep instantly, if i could only stay awake on it...:(

If you wake up while you are on it shit gets interseting, i knew this one woman who was taking them, and her family found her outside in her yard at two in the morning digging with a spoon.

It's also been on the news that it can cause sleep eating, and even (this is scary) sleep-driving.

the sleep driving seemed to be in cases of people taking them while driving, then falling asleep and continuing to drive, i think

Ambien can make you trip, but you probably won't remember half of what you did, and it's kind of hard to stay awake after you take 'em.
