i am one of those who would rather eat raw meat then shoe leather.
though i've been known to find pleasure in both.

No way! cookin dinner, youre cutting carrots, accidently get too close to yer fingers, BLOOD!!! what do YOU do? first thing i tend to do is give it a lick, see how bad it is...... i guess some people would go after a paper towel, but ive found the best thing for minor cuts is saliva... believe it or not... i was informed that the fastest healing part of your body is your tounge, there must be a reason for that, im assuming it has to do with someting in spit? hmm... ok well... i like my steak first marianated, then cooked to the point where its almost charcoal... thats WHEN i eat steak, which is seldom... ( last one was almost bad enough to puke a dog off the gut wagon )

I like it charred on the outside, but still raw inside...I've actually been making mine like that lately.

Yeah I like mine pretty dark outside, with a little pink in the middle.

But sometimes I will get them a little bloody and pretend it was a fresh kill and I am an animal... I dont eat with utensils.
