any ram dass students out there, i just stayed with him at this retreat, he was beautiful, such presence, i learned much from him, especially when he talked about dharmic humor, the humor that is about the paradox, the cosmic joke, that has with a compassion for all, and a understanding of the playfulness of the divine! i was laughing so much at the retreat.

at the end we got to hug him, as I did, I entered this void of swimming light, out of bodies for this endless moment, our souls dancing as one, then in the body for a moment, then back into the void, we break the decision made by the divine not by us... all i could do was mutter thank you, thank you, at the brink of tears... then I walked off, and they helped me to a chair as I cried and cried and cried in bliss... mmmmm

It was such a grace to meet the being who wrote be here now, a book that so moved my life. :)

i recently saw bhagavan das in concert who was neem karoli baba's first american student and as who is mentioned as well mentioned in the book "be here now"

My humble obesiances to the greatest guru Ram Dass!!!

I wish I was able to call myself the disciple of His divine grace, yet I was never initiated. Those retreats are so expensive, but as soon as I get some income, I will go. Last year I was infinitely blessed to see Ram Dass personally on the Earth Day festival in Davis, CA. That day is forever in my heart.
