OURS AND ALL OTHER 'STATES RIGHTS' ARE UNDER ATTACK.
WE, THE STATES, CAN BAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT TO PROTECT THOSE PRECEPTS SET
FORTH BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS OR WE CAN LIKE FOOLS STAND SEPERATELY while
the Federal government usurps into it's bossom all those values of among
these Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness we proclaim and promote as
ours around the world .
For 200 years 'STATE RIGHTS' have been inviolate. Because the
Federalist principles, the balance between state and federal powers of
governance, have been ,on enough occassions although not all the occassions
needed, protected from our shared Federal Governments evolvution into a
creature unto itself acting as is the want of all governments over time to
garnish as much control over the peoples it is sworn to govern justly as it
can squeeze out of them; protected by the self preservation interests of
those running our state governing bureacracies.
However, at this moment. this second of our evolution our desire to
protect our ' STATE RIGHTS ' may be lost due to attack by the Federal
Goverment of the United States of America upon the STATES of a ferocity and
determination this country hasn't seen, since our Civil War.
Our Federal Burearacrcies' is unleashing a servility upon the STATES
,seperatly yet as a whole , as Madison ( Federalist papers No. 46 ) warned
would occur.; If WE THE STATES ,our country is composed of,, therein waver
and if by so wavering allows this political experiment to flounder, wasting
the freedoms blood shed for the cravings of all manking for justice and
liberty for all ,; if WE THE STATES, of this proud union, amongst us, lose the
courage and fortitude to defend , we the people ,comprising of and building
the foundations for our and ,our childrens futures and the futures past, from
the aristocratic tyrannies our father George Washington refused the crown to
spare us from; if WE THE STATES allow 'Federals Rights' to continue
surreptiously overpowering our ' STATES RIGHTS ' the lives of all our
fathers, sons and brothers and those of our ancestors before us given in the
name of FREEDOM will have died in vain.
Interludes into our history will be neccesary. Fore, to realize what is
occuring the reasoning of the parts must be equally viewed. Only through a
wide lens can a true understanding of what is tearing this nation ascunder be
,.understood. We must look back to grasp. The danger of losing all ,is upon
us now. Lest, as we spread rosy accolades of Democracy and Freedom with our
youths blood around the world we lose ours to indifference, ignorance and
greed coupled to a herd mentally, cowardice.
ARTICLES IN ADDITION TO, and AMENDMENT OF, the CONSTITUTION OF THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, PROPOSED BY CONGRESS, AND RATIFIED BY THE
LEGISLATURES OF THE SEVERAL STATES, PURSUANT TO THE FIFTH ARTICLE OF THE
ORIGINAL CONSTITUTION.

The enumeration in the constitution, of certain rights shall not be
construed or deny or disparage others retained by the people.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or
to the people.
EACH STATE HAS THEIR OWN RULES for liscensing physicians, certifying
nurses; producing,distributing and dispensing food, insurance, nessecities of
life, drugs; supervising mobility, hospitals, extended care, industrial and
personal care facilities. Also for in STATE legalities: alcohol, tobacco,
sales, property, medicine, science, education ad infinitum......
The recent US Supreme Court Raich decission denying 'STATES RIGHTS' to
not criminalize their citizens using Marijuana for medicinal purposes is so
obviously nonsensical the only word available in the English language to
describe ex-Supreme Court Justice O'Conners dissenting opinion in synopsis is
' Bullshit'. The Raich ruling defies any degree of legal intelligence so
obusely it reeks of a foundation biased in DC political correctness.
Constitutionally the Supreme Court Raich ruling is mentally vacant.
The formations of the doctrines of our country were debated by rich and
poor, slave and free, educated and unschooled. Having an abundance of history
at the debaters fingertips left no subject or possiblitily unbrooched. For
instance in debate on the Spreme Court's existance and it's ability to stand
on it's own:
' Could the Supreme Court have been relied upon as answering this
Description? It is much to be doubted whether the members of that tribunal
would at all times be endowed with so eminent a portion of fortitude as would
be called for in the execution of so difficult a task; and it is still more to
be doubted whether they would possess the degree of credit and authority which
might, on certain occassions, be indespensable towards reconciling the people
to a decision that should happen to clash with an accusation brought by their
immediate representatives.'

This discussion actually had to do with could the Supreme Court stand up
to political persuasion if called upon to impeach. But it hits the nail on
the head in the Raich case. It can no longer be doubted the Supreme court
will at times not be endowed with the fortitude called for to stand towards
reconciling the people to a decision that clashes with their immediate
representatives. As of now, it is known without any doubt the Supreme Court
does not possess the certainty of fortitute called to defend the people with a
decission that clashes with the Federal Executive.
The duty of the entire Judicial system both Federal and State is to '
search for justice, not just to convict'. Justice requires a number of
things and among them are common sense, logic, precedent and that it be based
in reality. There are two basic arguments giving for Raich and both have
absolutely no footing in reality.
Interstate Commerce: This case is about two very sick woman growing
vegetation for their own private medicinal use. There be given no evidence
supporting violation of Interstate Commerce Laws except the wildest fantasy
scenerio one could possible imagine. One can't help but wonder what
pharmacuetical drugs were these Judges overdosing on.
Furthermore, on the second argument: No one , influenced by
intelligence and common sense, could possible be so limited in foresight to
not realize just because technology has not yet advanced instrumentation
testing wise to the point where it is capable of ascertaining what among some
90 different chemical combination reactions are responsible for marijuana's
medicianl properties that future advances in instrument chemical testing
apparatus will eventually occur and prove the populas testimonials true.
Positive medicinal properties abundantly and overwhelmingly testified to by
millions worldwide, including this author, cannot be ignored. Eyewitness
testimony is the most sought after testimony of all by our Justce Systems. To
ignore the testimony of the people identifying Marijuana's ability to ease the
pain and suffering of the sick among us and to further make criminals ofusers
approaches genocidal tendencies.
Unlike what you've been lead to believe, marijuana is not the Gateway to
use and/or abuse of other drugs. Nor does it fry your brain. During this
writing this author is occassionally smoking a little marijuana for
medicinal purposes. Bearing that thought in mind you've obviously been lied
to. And you bought it.
The Gateway is the same Gateway that existed during Prohibition back in
the 1920's. It's the same Gateway that disappeared once Prohibition was
ended. While we're here, Everybodies running around throwing hands up in the
air 'cause no one knows what to do about all these street killings'. Yeah,
you do. We all do. People are shooting each other up now for the same
reasons as back during prohibition. But everybodies afraid to acknowledge it.
The distribution system for unauthorized government drugs is the Gateway.
A Gateway breeding our lawless attitutes. Soaking our streets with young blood.
Like the 1920's there is again a disrespect for law bred from the law
having lost it's respect for the people. Time 1960's-70's - Riots, war
protesters, what's a government to do.? How does any central governing body
regain control of the people? Interestingly these people governments
throughout history have always wanted to muzzle in order to regain control
have at all times been viewed as being anti-authoritarian possessing similar
libertarian culture based character traits which lend themselves to
beingstigmitized as contrary to the public good.
The fact there be no victims created by these personal culture
characteristics has never prevented any government from casting any free
choice , harming no ones values from using them against the citizenry it
desires to muffle to regain control of the people's free will and by so doing
silence its critics. Throughout history governments have called things
crimes that are not crimes. Spread government money around till the
mantra of 'victimless crime' is repeated over and over and over into the
minds of the people until in time all logic of criminology will be turned on
its head because everyone will be brainwashed into the belief their can be a
crime even though the action creates not a victim. We have created from the
cloth of clean air ' victimless crimes '.
There is no respect for the law anymore. And our youth will continue to
gun each other down until the laws respect for the people is restored. By
criminalizing non-crimes, we create victims, ie: the families, friends and
employers of, and those arrested. But I digress....
The Gateway is the distribution system, from a friend to a friend to a
friend to a friend to fri...........you get the idea. Start with a few old
geezers just being obstinate and refusing to stop the government ordered
practice of their characteristical enjoyments of life which have since the
1940's made them happy. They share some of the same enjoyments out of life
as some of their friends from the 1950's, so they share. The 50's friends
with the 60's friends. the 60's friends with their 70's . 70's friends with
their 80's friends. With their 90's friends. With their 2000's friends. With
your children
Although Marijuana may or may not be the first unauthorized government
forbidden drug one is introduced to, the gateway is the distribution system
which is fostered by and would not exist if it were not for Federal Government
Policies. Policies enforced under the pretense of protecting us from
ourselves. But really created for our behavior manipulation.
Although Politicians tend to play down its' impotance in the discourse of
the Laws governing the land, two icons of our history President Abraham
Lincoln and Frederick Douglas have been quoted, " The Declaration of
Independence is the ' Apple of Gold' within the Constitutions 'Picture of
Silver' ".

'We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are
created equal, that they are endowed; by their creator, with unalienable
rights; that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.'
We're famous worldwide for these prose. Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of
Happiness. We're fighting and dying right now in other countries so other
peoples can write these words. Are we fighting for the words or the reality?
For the words only have the meaning held onto by the people, defended
forceable in their hands. And we are letting our unalienable rights be
taken away. We have become so fixated on Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of
Happiness we've lost sight of the most important words in the phrase.

Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness and that among these are the
right to treat our ailments with those things we find medicinally cure and/or
ease our pains and sufferrings.
Unalienable means not being capable of being transferred to a new owner. We
own unalienable rights. We own the unalienable right to treat ourselves
medicinally with whatever we find cures and/or eases the pains and sufferings
of our ailments afflicting us. We the people need no permission to treat
ourselves for our sicknesses. If we find it works, we own the unalienable
right to use it.
We have the unalienable right to medicinally smoke marijuana 'cause of the
physical and mental curative powers we the people find it has to cure and/or,
ease our pains and sufferings from those ailments inflicting us.
And the GENERAL ASSEMBLY of this STATE has the duty and obligation

unalienable rights of this STATES citizens to medicinally treat ourselves.
' STATE RIGHTS ' are born from the knowledge that never since the
beginning of recorded history has there ever existed a central government that
did not desire to control all the people, all the time.
' STATE RIGHTS ' are we the peoples protection from overreaching and
abusive central governing authority.
The United States of America was created in the STATE of Pennsylvania,
also the place of creation of the Declaration of Independence and United
States Constitution, in June of 1778 after the American Revolution was won by
' The Articles of Conferderation' which although not signed by all 50 states
sets forth the guiding principles of the soverienty of ' STATE RIGHTS' in our
Federalist form of government and by so doing gives meaning to the
constitutional phrasing '......and reserved to the States respectively, or to
the people'.
ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION AND PERPETUAL UNION,
Article 1. The style of this confederacy shall be, " The United States of America"
Article 2. Each State retains it's sovereignty, freedom, and independence,
and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this confederation,
expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled
Article3. The said States hereby severally enter into a firm league of
friendship with each other, for their common defence, the security of their
liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding them-

and to protect the Constitutional Rights of the STATE, and of the STATES' citizenry.
The STATES of Alaska, Arizona,California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada,
Oregon, and Washington are now standing alone against Federal Government
attack upon our freedoms in a battle for STATE SOVERIENTY. Our ' STATE RIGHT
' to SOVERIENTY is at risk in this fight.
PENNSYLVANIA, the birth mother of this GREAT NATION, must join the fray.
To not do so, leaves the LIBERTY BELL within our bossom ringing hollow.

ARTICLE 1
DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
Section 1. All men are born equally and independant, and have certain and
indefeasible rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and
liberty, of aquiring, possessing and protecting property and reputation, and
of pursuing their own happiness.
Section 2. All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are
founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety and
happiness. For the advancement of these ends they have at all times an
inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their
government in such manner as they may think proper.
to protect we the citizens of this STATES' unalienable right to the
Medicinal usage of marijuana because we the people find the physical and
mental curative powers of marijuana cure and/or ease the agonies of the pain
and sufferings from our ailments.
This GENERAL ASSEMBLY has the duty and obligation to pass and enforce State
Law which prohibits central government usurption of our unalienable rights
and by so doing prevents our arrest and prosecution by department(s) from our
countries central government.
This GENERAL ASSEMBLY has the duty and obligation to protect the
unalienable rights of this STATES citizens to medicinally treat ourselves.
' STATE RIGHTS ' are born from the knowledge that never since the
beginning of recorded history has there ever existed a central government that
did not desire to control all the people, all the time.
' STATE RIGHTS ' are we the peoples protection from overreaching and
abusive central governing authority.
The United States of America was created in the STATE of Pennsylvania,
also the place of creation of the Declaration of Independence and United
States Constitution, in June of 1778 after the American Revolution was won by
' The Articles of Conferderation' which although not signed by all 50 states
sets forth the guiding principles of the soverienty of ' STATE RIGHTS' in our
Federalist form of government and by so doing gives meaning to the
constitutional phrasing '......and reserved to the States respectively, or to
the people'.
ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION AND PERPETUAL UNION,
Article 1. The style of this confederacy shall be, " The United States of America"
Article 2. Each State retains it's sovereignty, freedom, and independence,
and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this confederation,
expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled
Article3. The said States hereby severally enter into a firm league of
friendship with each other, for their common defence, the security of their
liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding them-
selves to assist each other against all force offered to, or attacks made upon
them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereinty, trade, or any other
pretence whatsoever.
Not only does this GENERAL ASSEMBLY of this STATE have the duty and
obligation to protect we the citizens of this STATE from being criminalized by
our countries centralized governing aurthorities FOR FREELY AND
CONSTITUTIONALLY EXERCISING our unalienable ' RIGHT TO MEDICINAL USAGE', this
GENERAL ASSEMBLY also has the duty and obligation to come to the aide of those
STATE GENERAL ASSEMBLIES whose soverienty, freedom and independence are being
at this moment threatened, for our common defense, the security of our
liberties, and our mutual and general welfare.
STATE GENERAL ASSEMBLIES are elected to provide for the general welfare,
and to protect the Constitutional Rights of the STATE, and of the STATES' citizenry.
The STATES of Alaska, Arizona,California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nevada,
Oregon, and Washington are now standing alone against Federal Government
attack upon our freedoms in a battle for STATE SOVERIENTY. Our ' STATE RIGHT
' to SOVERIENTY is at risk in this fight.
PENNSYLVANIA, the birth mother of this GREAT NATION, must join the fray.
To not do so, leaves the LIBERTY BELL within our bossom ringing hollow.
THE BATTLE MUST BE JOINED.
We the people, demand performance in accordance with your oath of office,
that you defend our STATES' SOVEIRENTY by supporting STATE legislation
decriminalizing our unalienable 'RIGHT TO MEDICINAL USAGE'.
