here's something i wrote a few months ago...
Angel From Across The Sea
She came from the land across the sea
Left the beautiful countryside
Moved to the wastelands
And met me
Thus formed the forbidden pair
The yin and yang that couldn’t be
The secret affair kept hidden from parents
But only for a time
Frequent visits disguised as a tutor
Worked well for a time
No suspicions at all
This made me suspicious
Months passed without incident
For a time, it was good
I thought the fire would burn forever
The passion as strong as ever
I thought my Angel would stay with me
I thought we could never be separated
I thought no higher power could break our bond
