You know, I've always thought Chinese food was pretty good, but I just feel like it's MISSING something, you know?

Then it hit me. Dairy! There are absolutely no dairy products in Chinese food! And I don't know about you, but I LOVE cheese.

So I conducted an experiment. I had a frozen "Sweet and Spicy Chicken and Rice" dinner in my freezer that was relatively Chinese-ish. I heated it up as per the instructions, but I also melted some cheese on top. American cheese was all I had on hand, but next time I'm going to try something different... cheddar? Mozarella? More experimentation is needed.

But anyway, it ROCKED! Mmm MMMM!! That's what I've been missin'!

The only reason I'm sharing this idea is because opening a ChinAmerican restaurant isn't really the direction I'm going, but if anyone else does it and makes the next multi-million dollar chain out of it I wouldn't mind a royalty check... or at least like, a free T-shirt.

In the meantime I'll make my own homemade concoctions.

BLeh, no thanks. I am dairy intolerance and also dairy allergic. One of the joys of eating in Asian restuarants is that I am pretty sure I won't spend all night sick.

Add dairy to Asian food, and Asians will have as much heart disease as Americans. Some things are sacred. I prefer to leave my Asian food the way ASIAN people make it.
