Opium questions. Quick replies please. :o)

I just purchased a gram of tar opium. It smells a bit musky, like perfume. Is this normal? Also, I read on erowid that a match head size piece of opium should do. Idk... I never messed with the stuff. I have done research on it on erowid but alot of my curiosities are not yet resolved. If you could provide me with any helpful information it would be highly appreciated. Plus any tips, warnings, ect that I should know about. I understand the effects and addictiveness of opium so no need for lectures. :o)

I just took a couple hits. I'm not feeling much. It feels as if I took a weak pain pill. I believe my tolerance may be higher due to the fact that I have taken alot of pain pills. The taste is of burning plastic (which could be due to the torch lighter I am using) and the smell is almost of the same but more incense-ish.

Ugh, I can no longer stand the taste. It reminds me of car grease and incense. I don't know if this is the way it suppose to be but I'm not getting high after 3 bowls.

I read on erowid that I could use a normal pipe or bong. I am using my regular pipe with a screen. Also I read that I should use a torch or a lighter on it's highest setting. Idk... Maybe I am smoking it wrong? I think it's just shit. Blech...

I decided to smoke it with a little bit of weed that I had. It seemed to work better. Perhaps I was scorching it on accident before? Idk. Would rolling it into a joint ruin the opium?

No man dont do that... Opuim turns to liquad... Thats why you shouldnt do it in a noraml pipe. The opuim is going to melt down into your pipe. Then you have to clean it, and you have a choice to eat it... But yea no doudt you sorching it...

I made a correct pipe using foil and I tried it in a joint, i liked it better in a joint. I feel a little uneasy today, like mentally. Could this be due to the Opium?

It was a new experience but I wouldn't buy again. I would rather pop Oxy's.

i herd opium was supposed to be a really enjoyable thing but neither have i tried it or anything from the opate family, but it might have to do witht he kind since i dont tihnk it normally as a blak tar type but i really have no idea, but have done some benzos, but i culd be wrong but some say it smells pretty flowery

Yeah, It comes in either rolled up balls of black tar-ish looking crap and smells like a musky flower. Actually it smells exactly like the incense or opium burning oil. It was a cool experience but I wouldn't buy again, I would rather crush up half a percocet and smoke it in a jernt or pop some oxycontin...

what you smoked was not good opium. i've only had good O once.... one or two hits should have you REALLY high... much better than a percocet.

some say that the gooey tar-stuff may just be very crappy heroin, but i don't know this for sure. regardless, i DO know that GENUINE opium is knock-your-socks off GOOD. i mean, one or two hits of the real deal should put you on the floor unable to move. there's a reason so many of the people in asia were addicted to it for hundreds if not thousands of years....
