Who knows what he is assigning the name to, but usually 'lean' is a prescription cough syrup with codeine or hydrocodone.
From what I know; however, a 'lean' is a drink consisting of a mix of perscription codiene cough syrup, vodka, sprite or soda of your choice, milk of magnesia, and jolly ranchers.

It's generally crushed up codeine put in a sprite or something fruity with a jolly rancher, then everything goes all slow and you feel like you're losing balance. Hence the name lean. If you listen to some Chopped and Screwed music on it it's supposed to be pretty badass.

I have never heard of a narcotic script in a capsule. I believe you are getting fooled with, hunny.

Yea dont buy it if you dont know what your getting. Lean is a drink, like someone said above, codine syrup. Which we mix with sprite here in texas, and causes you to pass out in most cases and cost about $35. - $40. an ounce.

I've seen Lorcet in a red capsule. It has hydrocodone in it.
