Since the literary forum isnt about now, is this for poetry too?

Uk Arts Craft and Poetry Forum:p

Anyway heres a sloppy one from me:)

Friendship’s Glow

I lay…

As the evening fades

And the earth becomes still,

The day’s masquerades

Release through the night until,

The calm reflection creeps true

And I remember the feeling… the glow

The warmth of you.

Great write! :)

Especially I like these two lines:
The day’s masquerades

Release through the night

They say so much, especially the first line; the day's masquerades. I might just missunderstand it completelly but as Spider (or whatever his username is) once said:
'The purpose of poetry is to express something to someone, and all translation is equaly as valid.'
And I agree with it.

I like the flow, too. It reminds me of night lots, so calm in some way...

Fabulous write!

I believe Dandy miss Pandy, whatever as long as she's not all sandy, doesn't mind you sharing poetry here, as it's art.
But I don't know as I'm not Dandy miss Pandy. http://www.hipforums.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

Thats really lovely:) This forum could be for poetry, but I don't see any reason not to post them on the main board either. Whatever floats peoples boats I guess....
