new AMT experience. same batch didnt work..

ok. this is a stupid thread i admit, but i ate 60mg of AMT two nights ago and it was hardly as intense as some 40mg doses i have taken. this is the second batch ive ever had, the first was like 2 years ago and i know it was pure, i hallucinated like crazy and hardly got sick. this new batch is more quantity but i question the quality. 40mg of this and i feel just as speedy and shit but dont really hallucinate, just get a shroom mind space and get happy. i went higher and hallucinated it was just not as good as the batch from so long ago. well we hid the AMT from ourselves so we could save it, maybe 3-4 months.

during and before this trip i took about 2-3 k-pins im perscribed, and i took some tiazapam shit i neve heard of, and drank like a beer. through the whole night i was tottally trashed, but was not trippin, not even the headspace really.

so i guess benzodiazapams may kill aMT trips. any other experiences suggestioons, chemistry info would be appritiated.

Benzo's could very well decrease or completely cancel out the effects. A few years ago I was having a really rough time on 65mg of AMT, so I took 3mg of lorazepam and was completely down to baseline within an hour. Sleep was still impossible for another 3hrs though so I don't think it completely negated the AMT.

Drinking also definitely seems to override the psychedelic mindset for me.

i guess i should lay low on benzo's while the trip goes.
alcohol seems to give me a comforted relaxing added to the trip. getting drunk could abviously kill it, although i dont think you meant that

Benzo's are ok to reduce the anxieties from a bad trip. They will undoubtedly reduce the effects of psychedelics as they work on the central nervous system, the same place psychedelics affect.
