This is one of the favorite strains around here at hipforums for awhile now.
But It's time to re-make more seeds. This thread is mainly for communication purposes as to the various phenotypes and selective breeding. As to my part I'll try to keep it short and simple... There are 7 plants now....Unsexed and doing well in full veg mode. They will be numbered one through seven.
I'll post pics and get scent reports on each individual seperatly. This will make it easy for everyone involved to study the subjects in a simple manner.

Yeah they all look really nice....Lovely strain...L.O.L.
You should see them now, after the batguano.... Im finding it's important to have your secondary and trace up to par before applying batguano. Otherwise the nitro boost can cause so much growth, it's hard for the plant to uptake enough of the other nutes . Mainly bone meal and epsom salts, I like adding them even to a store bought mix nowadays. I might actually have a few plants in the budroom now that will push 1/4 pound each easy. we'll see soon.
Anyways, those individual shots, and the first group shot here was on the 22.
The second pic was a few minutes ago.On The 25th.

Thats number one front and center, the one leaning over got a shower today. It's the problem nutes child- and has mites now- #5. Very thin leaves from the start though.
But i like the kush indica dom look to number one. Hope it's female....
I Dont like the 6" pots they are in. I'll get soil and tubs soon though. As soon as i get two new tubs and three or four bags of soil im sexing them. Might not be until next year, unless i can get some dough in advance on a promise of afghan. I think I'll see what I can come up with tomorrow.Shouldn't be too hard."Im taking orders a month in advance, if ya want some- pay us now" L.O.L.
I'll try to get some smell reports up before the week is out...And all is well here at the ranch...

merry X-mas and a happy new year. It is going to be a good year- I plan to get the shop rolling in feb- march and your items will be top of the list. I cant believe i finally made this trip work for me.
Hey im building a bubble cloning machine this weekend, Just a couple air stones and a reservoir with heat mat/dome, some hardware cloth to put cubes at or just above the water level. Should be an interesting project for sure.....
Nlxkush are being sexed now. I may veg them longer in tubs once they decide.
Im so happy to run this strain again....

O.K.
finally got back online..... But the girls are sleeping now..... I'll get my batteries up and charged today and get some pics up of the two girls and the chosen male that made the grade for this project. There is a kush dom female and one is a nl dom female. They are doing well and have been pollenated three days in a row now.
Plus lots of seeds on the preflowers im noticing- the male has been ripping up my girls for around 3 weeks now...... He even got my creeper afghani in veg because she preflowers a bit.(old bean score- afghani sativa)
So I'll be back tonight with pics....

lol, it's been so bad lately too dude. Last time I even had a hybrid with sati overtones, was in october, before that i don't even know maybe like six to eight months? There are some headies around, but even those are usually indica.. every now and then some real haze will come through, but it's like 500 bucks for a z... I know it's a low yielder and slow maturer but jesus lol... funny story: had a guy the other night trying to get 9300 or something around there for a p of some "low-yielding" "blueberry x sour diesel" I might as well just go build a fuckin top notch show with growzillas and computer controlled everything for that much money lol... I was just like wtf is gonna pay that when most people can get regular kine nugs for 25-27... good luck to that guy!

OMFG last night I was like a walking zombie, the nugs around now seem like just pure indica.. my friends were asking me stuff and i would just like stare off into space then be able to barely formulate a response, all slow, while the whole time i am thinking "daaaaam maaan my armssss ..are like... soooo heavy."

Speaking of narcotic kush buzzes... I been loving it for the past two days... We went to the club and ( i always get to pick the strains there- he he he) they had "purple Kush" It wasn't even close to purple, but it had a faint grape flavor and a very kushy taste, Strong as hell- so tasty you cannot stop smoking it....Covered with juicy trichs and cured to perfection. Smoke up before bed, & your going to have a "kush hangover"
A half ounce was $160.00 american dollars.
Kinda pricy in my book- We used to score ounces of much better product for $180 when it was ILLEGAL in california.With med status the prices should drop dramatically-but it doesn't. I can get better hash on the streets for half the price as in the clubs. weed is usually much cheaper outside the med field also. I guess that depends a lot on where you live and what time of year it is.
Im a cali native and have always been spoiled. Means NL5XKush is definetly one of my all time favorites....
We smoked up the last of the club kush this morning... 160 wasnt bad for a half this day and age. I hear of 1000 dollar ounces going in LA.
(Some parents should have shot their children at birth and didn't. So now they are a wart and thorn in the side of society.....)
Yeah for real, 320 for an ounce was a dang good price compared to some of the deals i see out there.

Hey howzit goin there Tie! Great to see ya back! Damn! I gotta make it on over your way soon! Heres a couple pics of The Sugar Shack Hash. I make it a couple times a month or so. Their both ice hash made the same way but the blond stuff is from frosty buds while the greener stuff is from frosty bud trim mixt with harvest trimmins. Whern it comes to bubba and oger, 70 days is a worthwhile wait even for me! L.O.L.
Lumpy that hash looks mighty tasty.... Im looking forward to a batch of hash from the g-13 soon- I have like 8 or nine of them just hitting flower now. Im sure the trim from those will make some excellent quality hash.
My computer keeps crashing every time i try to load pics from my camera to the pc. I been de-fragging and removing old files all day. Hopefully this time when i turn on the camera it will work. This has had me frustrated since yesterday evening. I could use a bowl of that hash right about now.....
My house is beginning to reek like kush when i come in the door mean. It's so good to have her back around....
And well,one of the hermies turned out to be a "random"... Just big balls below each bud is all im seeing. I think I should collect the balls in a (seperate) jar for making a femm. version with the clones from my female and the pollen from the hermie....
A seperate project just for experimental sake, but a few fem seeds would be nice for seed grow outs. That way we can keep the others mainly for breeding with.
Just a thought- and will not affect the outcome of your original strain a bit.
But it's a kush dom hermie, and hitting a kush dom cut with the dust should be neat experimentation, if nothing else.

Hazards? we are our worst hazard. Only damage done, is to the inside of the nearest refridgerator. My brain functions great after 30 years of chronic smoking, so you cant tell me it gives ya brain damage.
It damages brainwashing of the media however, so the authorities are scared of it.
I hear hydroponic pot has been outlawed in austrailia, they claim it causes brain damage and all that bull. Anything to keep the common man from making a buck or providing his own medicine, and they are trying to do it..Anything they can.

I harved the kush phenotype, the main cola was dropping mature seeds....
I have 100 I can send to their rightful owner now (sorry burnout420) if they should need some right away ;)
I figure these could set out and dry on a plate a few days, as they are dropping out of the buds because they are mature- they dont need to be cured so carefully.
Just the first 100 though.
The rest will be cure a week or two with the bud. I really should have just top cropped it. Seems to be a lot of immature seeds on the lower buds that could have matured a week or so more.The seeds in the main bud were falling out though.....
Should be plenty of viable ones, it just would have been nice to get a few hundred more good ones....
The first hundred look just like the seeds recieved to work with- fat, dark, and striped more than mottled.You will be very happy with them.

The nl phenotype is still growing- it didnt get pollenated so heavily, and was earlier in flower when it did get pollenated. the result is the NL pheno put a bit of fat over her seeds-& the kush pheno was just loaded with seeds.
the buds on the nl pheno will have big fat juicy beans down in the buds, and I will be able to harvest by tricrome development.... Which is Clear/cloudy at the moment....
a couple more weeks on that one- and not a lick of smell to it.....

I cannot give out what is not mine to give, sorry burndout - this is a breeding project for my friend.
I already talked to him, and he doesnt want his strain "spread around" ....
My trip, is to breed my own strains. I think everyone should who grows seriously.
It's the methods that get shared, and in light of the CW Og thing,even the knowledge may be dangerous to share now. Time will tell.

actually those stinkies yo have are third generation, If you were to pick a good male from the third generation, you might be able to get a decent (hermie free) fourth generation. A fourth generation is one of the best generations, providing it was done right. Stinky has had a few mistakes in her past, she is my first labor of love after all.
But the smoke is well worth growing, and the smell in flower is darned near addictive.
Undescribable Is the best description i have gotten! L.O.L.
Look here's what i do, find a place outside, like a bush you can hollow out a spot in- somewhere you can keep a male growing- without pollenating the females in the budroom. Grow a choice male or two outside long enough to collect a bit of pollen from it. Save it in a jar- with the lid off for the first couple weeks or it will mold. Use it with a paintbrush or q tip to brush on a couple small buds and selective breed a few seeds.
Thats how i started makin beans,in a greenhouse in the 80's..
But we'll see how ya do with her, and I just might be able to find something you would like every bit as much as the nlkush.
This afghani, the "g-13" comes to mind. But play with something else first to get the hang of it. These g-13's are going to come with a condition to be re-made pure before any hybrids are made from them....
Unless someone already had them of course....

I might have some third gen pollen from the "humm" pheno, if those other two turn female.
If you get a male now, more than likely it would be one I would suggest using anyways.. The first ones to show sign, and especially the autoflowering ones (males turning to flower on 18/6) are going to be potential negative fathers- and should be removed/destroyed in almost any breeding project....
the later flowering males tend to be less "hempy", among other things...
also,autoflowering males could introduce hermie traits, as well as early flowering ones.

I have a couple of the fourth gen going, a test really. But they are getting around two foot tall. Both appear to be female,but I haven't checked too closely.
So i guess they will go into 12/12 soon, or they will get too big for my little room.

Looking nice.
stinky crosses with sour diesel quite nicely, I have found.....
My best cross to date actually- the smoke is stronger than SD with a few nuances that make it A "perfect combination of mind/body"
But Back to this thread.
The NLxkush seedlings are looking nice and just got "fish" again.
I might just make a new fertilizer rule of biblical proportions.
You know the rule of the jewish clan right?
"fish on fridays"
Might just have to make that a "rule of veg" soon.
"fish emulsion every friday" ;)
But im gonna try to get pics up sometime this weekend- Of the NLxKUSH 3rd generation
seedlings. Which of course completes this stage of the project.
Testing the progeny......(offspring) The NLx5xKush is a total treat to work with. She grows very vigorously- with immensely fast/huge rooting factors in play as well.
She loves nutes, and grows like a weed- or maybe more like weed should.
It was both a priveledge and immense pleasure to be able to work with this strain.I can only hope i have done it justice at this point.
The true test will be when the person who made her to begin with, does his test run.
Im anxious to see how they do for him.
Mine are being sexed now- due to the big move recently.

Thinking of strarting some Kush theres a few out there though i.e Master, Hindu etc, which would you recommend. Also I generally get Nirvanas strains as there a bit cheaper is there Kush ok. Do any of the companies do a nl/kush cross .

i have grown kush before, very good smoke i'd say a couch lock kinda high, 4 bong rips and i was down for the count......i grew out Hindu Kush so thats what i woudl reccommend......

Yeah thats my strain which has adapted to growing without light.
reecently meangreen was abducted by aliens- where they taught him to grow without soil or nutrients, or I believe even water for that matter.
So pretty soon me and mean are going to cross the two strains.
And develop a strain that you just put one seed in a large jar, four to five gallon size.
Put the jar in a dark closet for 4 months.
Then remove the bud- we are working on a self curing version, but that part has been a bit tricky.
So after four months you remove the plant- trim the leaves- cure the bud. and stick it back in a jar.
"alien auto grow"
It'll make you visit the milky way, and crash land back onto an earthling couch with a grin....

Whats that reflective material on the right hand wall (looks like chain mail). Or is it some strange extra-terestial invisible light,heat and nutrient source being kept secret by you tietye and meangreen.
I think this holding back of cosmic growing techniques aquired from are distant galaxian cousins is not in the spirit of the Hindu Kush/Nl interstellar growing charter section 2 paragraph 3 laws of propagation, conduct and general decency.
Either you tell me your secrets or else I shall tell Rangerdanger.
