I got this from a group.....I asked if I could share, and of course the answer was yes, so here goes...
sorry it is long, but well worth every letter!

I just returned from Colorado, seeing my favorite band, STS9, which
some of you may or may not have heard. Through their music and the people
I have met in the STS9 community, I have learned some amazing things
that I really feel I must now share with you, regardless of whether we
have talked or seen one another lately. The music has no words, but
invokes the realization of universal truths that inspire and heal. I am not
writing this with the intention of selling you on a band, whether you
like the music or not is a matter of personal opinion. I am writing this
with the intention of sharing some of the thoughts I have during their
shows. These feelings/realizations stay with me, filling me with
infinite love, energy, positivity and healing light.

Love is everywhere – all around you, but more importantly, it is within
you. Behind your eyes, pounding in your chest, pulsing through your
veins, and beaming from your infinite soul. Every person has access to an
infinite amount of light and love within their heart, but many are not
aware of it, or of how powerful it is. Every second of every day, you
can choose to be positive, to smile, to send that love out into the
world in infinitely many ways. The more you give, the more comes back to
you in ways you never dreamed possible.

It begins by forgiving yourself and everyone else for everything in the
past. Just let go. This is so incredibly important and difficult, but
it is the most wonderful thing you can do for yourself and for us all.
Until we can forgive, we cannot love. This was Jesus and Buddah’s
fundamental teaching. By forgiving, you are opening space in your heart and
generating light; something beautiful begins to radiate from you. When
someone is not ready to forgive you, accept that, forgive yourself and
keep trying to spread positivity, Truth, beauty and love to everyone you
come into contact with. We have to accept the situation we find
ourselves in, the consequences of our past actions and intentions. Often those
we've hurt in the past are still holding onto pain and anger. Do not
look back. Do not be afraid. Feel love as an endless river within you.



Look around you and see that you could just as easily have been born as
ANYONE ELSE! We are all in this together. You are not alone, you never
have been, you will always need others and they need you – that is why
we are all here together RIGHT NOW. You will find a friend in anyone as
soon as you see the reflection of yourself within their heart. Help
them see it! Help each other shine, so we can all have a wonderful time
for generations to come. This world is getting smaller every day. Choose
to be a channel of love by practicing compassion and inspiring
awareness.

Begin to live with awareness of how you are using your energy. People
are still so very unaware of their personal power. You can awaken at any
time and the moment you chose to do so, you unleash a boundless power
of creativity that we all need. The sooner you let your true soul shine,
the sooner our world will grow more peaceful, more safe, and more fun!
You’ll be amazed at how people respond, at what you are truly capable
of and of how much greater life can be when you choose to create it
rather than stumble through it blindly.

You have endless support. Ask and you shall receive. I am so glad you
are all here with me on this incredible journey. I love you with an
awesome power beyond words or even comprehension. Brings me to tears :)
Life is so amazingly beautiful. Create a wondeful day brothers and
sisters…
