As I wake dying, the sun showers down upon me
Not in rays as a warm caressing light,
but in balls of burning destructive flame

As I wake dying, I am stripped from my world
Ripped form all that I have known
Brought into a world of hate and betrayal

As I wake dying, I lay in a pool of blood
It covers me, it fills me, it surrounds me
With it I live, and live I shall

As I wake dying, I am
All that I am; all that I will ever be
I am lost in existence, never to be found

As I wake dying, I breathe
Slowly come my beginning breaths
The very start of my very end

As I wake dying,
Just born, just beginning
And I already have an end
