Foot Prints After The Tide
Sweet days come in infinite ways.
To stroll upon a gleaming stone.
On a highway of subtle emotion.
You shall find my love’s potion
To a fray we lock what we may.
To give a hand upon our arduous descent.
And immense is the sorrow.
For we know there may be no tomorrow
A hollow night, the chest is locked tight.
And weary years will go by.
The light is forever lost.
Good signs tampered and tossed
And with my final breath comes glorious death.
There will be no more pain.
We all live to die.
To leave faint foot prints after the tide.
