Mystery of IT (a jumble of words about nothing)

Cheese stains eat poop daily when my mind wanders-
I know but I don’t
There is nothing
There is something
What do I do
Run jump die
Live sky high
Care for nothing
Love everything
There is nothing to know
No possible way it can be true
No possible way it can be false
Confusion has a way of making sense
There’s no other way to explain the 6th sense
No I don’t see dead people
No I don’t walk on water
I just know that the world is in a whole lot of trouble
If someone doesn’t take action we are all royally fucked
But why should I care, I’ll be dead before I can touch the flare
Why there is something out there
There is something real
Touching that reality will only come through here
Jello tastes good
I know because of my tongue
But so what
Its not like I have to run
From the jello eating poop monster
There’s something more real
Something more surreal
Something more crazy
Something more hazy
Words look good but the world is wearing a hood
I am going crazy
I don’t know what to do
There is only one thing to do
Trust and ignore
Ignorantly live forever young
And trust my subconscious has something to tell
For my conscious is going to hell

ummm....next time just leave it as it is, a readable size, and ignore smart ass remarks. If your poem was a waste of space, so then was his reply.
This really wasn't my cuppa but liked the last few lines.
