I am bad paranoid and it isnt fun, when I drive im looking over my shoulder to see if im being followed, or I think my friends are doing something against me, no its not fun, and this was all way before i started smokin.

you probably dont believe me but i do know what its like to be paranoid like that, its gotten so bad id break down crying and digging my nails into myself, i seriously thought i was crazy and thought about how death might not be so bad but i knew that everyone had something against me, they were all always talking about me when i wasnt looking, it sucks being in a state like that, luckily its been months since the last episode

If paranoia is a heightened sense of reality, then what your saying is... lets say I'm paranoid and I think that someone is saying something funny about me, then, (since paranoi is a heightened sense of reality) this person really is making fun of me. And during paranoia it would be pointless to go back and forth in my mind to think wether or not they are thinking of me! Paranoia can't be a heightened sense of reality. If that were true, why would people act in such a way to make fun of others...?( in reality ) Obviously is you've ever been paranoid then youd figure this out for yerself, how reality really works.. so why would people continue to make reality worse for those who are paranoid...and to show them the truth of reality during paranoia and stab them in the brain?

I got mega carried away there..my opinion though is paranoia is a disorder of such, or just a thing, that some people experience. :$
