hi, last night after i masturbated, i noticed there're some blood stains in my cum. it doesnt really hurt or feel strange though. i never had blood in my cum before but just last night, could it be some kind of infection or disease? i've had protected sex last year with a girl and after 3month i done a STD test and it was negative, i didint have any sex with anyone during that 3 month period neither. how reliable would that test be? is it HIV related or is it an infection? sorry im kinda freaked out. thanks for any replies.

The most likely site for blood to enter your cum if from your bladder. Was it fresh bright red blood or brown old blood? There is also a possibility that you were masturbating hard enough to break a small vessel at the base of your penis. Do not freak I don't know of any STD's that start with blood in the cum. Have you had any pain or seen any blood when you pee.

I'd call up a nurse or a doctor and ask them what they think it might be, then go in for a couple tests. Probably a urine test or a blood test, nice basic things that can let them know about a whole host of problems, if they exist. It sounds like it may just be a broken blood vessle but better safe than sorry, right? It might turn into peyronie's disease too, later on in life, so you should see if there's a way to prevent it from happening

Well I talked to an urologist that I know a little while ago. He said that unless it happened a few times that he would not worry about it in a young man. He said that in an old fart like me hat it might be a prostate infection. In a young dude, he said, unless it continued to happen several times he would not worry about it. I asked him about peyronie's and he said that it was a problem of old men and that at this point in time no one had any idea what caused it.

after reading your replies and done some researches on "blood in sperm", im sorta calmed now. it seems like what u said, brocken blood vessel. some sources suggests it's pretty common in young people and that since i dont have blood in urine, i guess it's not that serious. but i'll check with a doctore anyway. thanks for the replies guys!

mm, I might be wrong, but I do remember hearing about them suspecting that repeatedly breaking blood vessels in the penis leads to scarring, which is then peyronies disease. why it breaks for some guys and not for others, or scars more for some than others they don't know, but it is related to broken blood vessels

Blood when you cum is not normal but might not mean anything serious. Take the precaution of seeing your doctor. You might just have weak capillaries and the strain of orgasm produces the bleeding.
