hi all, i just recently found out i have the disease listed in my title i am not quite sure on how i should go about treating this as i am a bit shy in going to a doctor about it, also is it cureable, if u havent got a serious reply dont bother in posting

It's pretty much what tigerlily said. Unless you've recently had some kind of prostate or urinary surgery, the most likely cause is going to be medications or drugs. Are you taking any kind of medications?

Definitely go to a doctor, preferably a urologist.

Btw, if you haven't been to a doctor, how do you know you even have retrograde ejaculation?
