no oral, and intercourse only with a condom. It's odd, but men can be carriers of it, meaning he can reinfect you with it if you have intercourse unprotected :( so not fun. And next time a doc diagnoses you for it, see if you can get diflucan or a knock off of it - pill form of canesten type stuff, you just take two pills and it costs the same (here at least) without all the grossness/greasiness of the creams

I don't even know what thrush is.

But it sounds like a bad early 80's power metal band.

I'd never heard it called "thrush" either.

oh i thought thrush was oral... but it came from the same place jock itch and yeast infections come from (i.e. that yeast) my mom thought my bro had thrush in his mouth at one point.

plus that would make come do drawrings posts make more sense...

nowadays thrush usually refers to the oral version of it, but it doesn't mean it exclusively. Just nicer than saying "you have a yeast infection in your mouth, stop licking sick pussies, jeez" y'know? good lord I know too much about this sort of stuff

...Eck.

Vagi-clean, aisle five, Vagi-clean, aisle five. This woman's got a full-on fallopean fungus and she's bakin' a loaf of bread. *sniff* I think it's sourdough. Put a rush on it!

Congrats. You just made me spit my tea.

Anyway... I've never heard it called "thrush" except for oral yeast infections either. But I do have problems with yeast infections, and my gyno told me that it's ok to have sex with one, because guys don't normally get it, since their package is a dry area that isn't all that friendly to yeast. However my guy's area must not be all that dry because he's gotten them and given them back to me a few times. So now we just don't have sex if I have little yeasty bastards inhabiting me.
