The sound quality needs some adjustment. If there is about a minute of blank tape from the same recording, play that over it but have the waves inverted. The background noise will be cancelled out by destructive interferance.

I know, but it isnt my website, its the official divine life society site. I am not connected iwth their organisation, so I have no say. It was clear enough for me ot be able to understand the talk, which is really all that matters.

I guess it probably helps that you are used to that sort of accent. If he was talking in a "normal" british accent it would sound much clearer.
