Best reults are obtained from just eating the powder. Yes...it tastes nasty but it tastes nasty no matter how you do it. I wouldn't cook it. I would just eat it and chase it with water.

Sorry...didn't know you ran the forum. Excuse me. I suggested the Army (or Marines) because you seem to be able to find fault with ANYTHING and then degrade others after you have made your point. I served my country for 11 years and I think I have earned the right to say what I feel or think on "forums" where this is promoted. You on the other hand also have the same right but why not put your anger,hostility and fault finding ability to good use. You know how the saying goes "We're looking for a few good men".
