does anyone know about est? erhard seminar training... i just got introduced to "The Book of est" it looks very interesting, i guess it's supposed to help you become enlightened, and was a big hit in the '70s. people such as john denver, valerie harper, and yoko ono have taken it. does anyone know anything about est? ever heard of it?
