the hills are alive with the hills being alive.
water flowing in the creeks, little furry creatures in the underbrush, breezes rustling in the leaves.
many more things that can be seen then are seen, and maybe many more things that cannot, but that part of it is up to how each of us chooses to see.
of course if you want to be alive with the sound of your own singing, echoing back of the hills and so on, well that's alright too, as long as sometimes some of us can be allowed to hear that furtive rustling of little furry creatures and water and air and so on.
