ambling the windswept sheets
of rock, and boulder, grit and gravel
taking finger holds and foot steps along
to mirror like the rivers of time
flowing in reverse
when i see sanguine and veridian lichen
anchored valiantly
passing sunless winters
and summers without darkness
like a breath of brahma

here these lands
toil with the elements
dancing destructive creation
glacial notions
and fluvial cyclings
mixed with endless airs
uprising chains
and azure couldrens
shiva lifts a leg
cones of fire
and peaks of ice
rattle silently
atop the world

let the golden eagles vision laud all below
and milky white mountain goats traverse
the hoary marmot barking among choss
with tundra inklings above the treeline
this crux of existence
let it be
dare not bother
lest to lose small-self
or ye only damn yourself
to suck the the soul from this land
it gives and takes on a cosmic accord
there will be
no more
drilling

Beautiful and eloquent with vistas of nimble description
underscored by mystical unity and ethical compassion.
Spoken like a well-versed poetic actualizer of dreams.
