Plant Problems ( going form inside to outside)

I Just sprouted some sedds with some floros but I dont have any good lights for veggative and flowering growth. I was wondering if I could put the plants out on a window seal Of some sort. Will this be ok for the plants.
Also I live in south florida. so right know Its getting to be the end of summer and winter is like getting close like maybe 2 or 3 more months so is this going to effect growth, i am still having the plants indoors but just having the sun warm and add light to my plants. please help me.THanks

If you have enough fluro tubes, like 4, you could grow it in vegetive, but if you where to flower it, you would get light, fluffy buds. As of potency, I dont think it would be that good but who knows.

if you do move it outside, you need to do it in stages, known as hardening, start with a couple hours a day & slowly buiild up the time untill your able to leave em outside full time.
usualy you should harden them over a period of several weeks
