Craziest thing just happened...

well, there are 2 computers in my living room and I use one and my dad uses the other... I'm always looking up porno on it and I had left a few pictures up on the browser. I had turned off the monitor and minimized the pages and left them there to view them later. He's home for lunch and on his computer.. While i'm in the bathroom he gets on my computer to do something on it and opens the web page of a naked boy, just as I walk in. I run over to the screen to flip it off but it's too late. He just says, " what are you looking at this stuff for?" in a mumble and I say "oh, i've got to clear a few things up on here".... "ok, well just make sure you clear it up well. i don't want anyone else to get on there and think i'm looking at that stuff"

so now he knows ..... (i'm in the closet when it comes to the parents) He wasn't surprised or angry or anything.. which makes me suspect he already knew or had some idea I was gay.

anyways.. just wanted to tell someone....I'm excited.... I feel like an incredible weight has been lifted off my shoulders because I have been wanting to tell him, just didn't know how. And I feel much better now.. I think I will fully come-out-of-the-closet now. What a great feeling, eh?.........

Because he might just be in denial. That does happen, not to rain on your parade. It will be easier now though, if he is infact in denial.

I was thinking that your dad may not have any idea at all but could think it was just a pop-up. Like you weren't really looking at it and that you should clear it up when you do your other business on there because that way it looks like no one was looking at it, even if they were.

I would have to agree with Stalkz and Pandeebear...

My grandfather has found porn on the computer and freaked out...but he's still in denial about my sexuality...My grandmother tried to prepare him for the possibility of it...And he was angry with her...thinking she was bashing me on it or something....
You'd be suprised what you can get away with when somebody doesn't want to believe something....

And the popup theory is just as credible, if not more so...
