I was wondering if I could use a 65 watt fluorex light with a ( 500 Watt output ) to get my plants to flower.

Never heard of a light that uses 65 watts with a 500 watt output.

Fluorex are produced and supplied by lights of america and are a fire hazard.They work fairly well for early veg but worthless for late veg and flower.I used as secondary light(added blues) to hps awile back till one blew up and caught fire,lucky I was home at the time.Anyhow I ended up throwing out the other 3 as not worth the risk IMO.
