any way to extract DPH

i was woundering if there was a way to extract DPH cause i dont want to take a shit load of pills

Maybe you could start by telling us what "DPH" is.

Do you mean diphenhydramine hydrochloride? If so, a simple water extraction should get rid of most of the pill binders and insoluble junk. What are the inactives you are trying to extract from?
