I may be moving there within a couple days/weeks, a short time....I live a very spiritual, Red way of life. I would really like to start my own practice for spiritual healing, is Eugene a good town to do it in? Can a homeless person sleep on the trails discreetly, without being hassled by police?

there's alot of cool homeless people in eugene
if your discreet you can sleep in some nice places, but it starts to get very rainy there as winter approaches
