I am not sure if I am part of a rainbow family, but my parents do like to wear colorful clothing.
They never told me about being a rainbow family though and I like to wear black and red.
Any suggestions?

But serriously folks, bird, go read the "rainbow basics" post, lots of good rainbow info there. And if you've already read it, then I don't rightly know how to answer your question. You are rainbow if you feel that you are, is I suppose the best answer I can give.

your rainbow if you have a bellybutton.. rainbow includes all the colors, all people, from all walkjs of life, if you have llove in your heart, your definately rainbow..
i guess to clarify though, if you have a bellybutton your invited to be family, but its a choice you make to either identify yourself with family, or with babylon

rainbow family isnt really anything, yet is everything, it isnt anybody, yet is everybody..

Is this the same raimbow family that has been responsible for massive amounts of LSD hitting the streets? Like the hippies mafia who synthesizes and distributes lots of LSD in the country? Do these raimbow famailes have anything to do with each other?

Okay well Ive still been looking into the raimbow family and I would like to go to a gathering for sure. Does it just happen once a year in July or im sure there are other gatherings throughout the year but doubtfully in Texas. Ive been reading some sites so hopefully i can go to some sort or tribe meeting im really interested in the raimbow family they are chilled out all about peace and love. rock on

Hey...I just have a question, no one REALLY said what a rainbow family is....I am very intrested....if you don't like to talk about it much, can you refer me to a book or something??? I would appreciate it.

They did tell you what rainbow is about, you just have to listen silly. Rainbow is Peace Love Unity and Repect. That is the simplest way to put. People who realize we are all family and strive to making everything they do friendly and free. Love and let be and love those around you even if they deni their own compassion.

Ahhh, 'bout that dress code; might not be to strict but try finding a specific person at a Gathering using 'he had long hair and a tie-dye' or 'she's wearing a patchwork dress and a lot of beads' as a description! ;)
