Stop looking at your naval and look out your window, it is a lovely day for a walk in the park.. fresh air sun on your cheeks and enjoying being part of the world.
You could always then stop off at the off licence get 3 bottles of whisky and drink your problems away, thats what i do *hick*.

Man, depression is a downer. When Horse Badorties gets depressed he starts imagining everyone in their Fruit of the Looms, man. Before you know it, you're laughing your arse off and your depression is long gone, man.

If that doesn't work, man, then rent yourself one of them helium tanks. Take a hit and then call everyone you know in your new cartoon character voice. You'll have your family and friends thinking about you for hours, man.

If that doesn't work man, then put on "Ramble on Rose" by the Grateful Dead, man. Sing it out loud, man. Let your voice boom to every word. Do it a few times, and you'll be sure to be a happy hippy again.

If that doesn't work man, you're hopeless. Come on over with a bottle of Tuaca and Horse Badorties will bake up some brownies, man. It may not cure you're depression, but at least I'll be drunk.

I'm still here. fruit of the looms helped a bit. It's starting to lift, but you know how depression is. You kinda try to hold onto it in a stupid way.

listern to blues music
life can be at time total shit and then it can get worse

Born under a bad sign
I been down since I begin to crawl
If it wasn't for bad luck,
I wouldn't have no luck at all

Hard luck and trouble is my only friend
I been on my own ever since I was ten
Born under a bad sign
I been down since I begin to crawl
If it wasn't for bad luck,
I wouldn't have no luck at all

I can't read, haven't learned how to write
My whole life has been one big fight
Born under a bad sign
I been down since I begin to crawl
If it wasn't for bad luck,
I wouldn't have no luck at all

I ain't lyin'
If it wasn't for bad luck
I wouldn't have no kind-a luck
If it wasn't for real bad luck,
I wouldn't have no luck at all

Wine and women is all I crave
A big legged woman is
gonna carry me to my grave
Born under a bad sign
I been down since I begin to crawl
If it wasn't for bad luck,
I wouldn't have no luck at all

Yeah, my bad luck boy
Been havin' bad luck all of my days, yes

there is a good version of that song sung by homer j simpson

Try alcohol... lots of it... more than is healthy for you... actually, go to ridiculous extremes... its a temporary solution but it always works for me...

Hehe. Thanks all. Feeling much better now. Can feel it at the edges of my conscience, but, am holding it at bay for now. It's just been another one of those lonely, introspective weekends. Which I seem to be having far too many of lately. In fact, I'm having one of those lonely introspective years actually. Gotta get outta the house, but everybody is at Reading or Leeds bloody festival.
Ah well. If I feel like this again tomorrow, I will be taking Fly's advice, and then showing my bare arse to strangers, and vomiting pink stuff into the corner of my room. :p
