I've gotten 2 flourescents, after germinating, I planted the seeds, and they got their first 16 hours of light, on the final 16th hour, the lamp went out and wouldnt go back on. By the time I had finally gotten to replace the lamp, They hadgrown 3 inches, but looked slightly yellowish and slanky, I have the lamps back on them, but was wondering if it was too late for them?
