Anyone seen these around?

Just got some pills today... I plan on taking them this weekend with my girlfriend. I'm just checking to see if anyone can confirm the quality of these things? They're very small (one can fit comfortably on my pinky nail), green and have an M on one side and the numbers 650 on the other side.
Any help is appreciated.

Definitely not E...only pharmaceuticals are stamped with numbers/letters...E's ALWAYS have flashy stamps.

rx lists imprint scearch ...look it up all i got for u was 650 calcium but it was white ....you can break off a crum and taste it molly has distinct taste

yea i would also guess that you got ripped off and sold a perscription pill, i have heard of double sided pills before but just the way you explained it the pill sounds like a rx.
