sorry it's been about 13 years since I've been that way...try to see if you can find out anything about ; The Sister City Exchange...google it. The Sister City Exchange is a NGO project that has 2 towns exchanging ideas....Teotecacinte Nica. and Glenwood Springs was the one I was invovled in...perhaps that could lead you somewhere.~Bon Chance
