If it "gets you real high", its not being used as medicine.

I admit that I am not pure in this matter, but I think that recreational users of marijuana should not use medicinal marijuana to get stoned. Sick people have enough problems without me validating the arguments against medical marijuana.

Please find a source that doesn't label its pot "for medical use."

Its not the plant, its the political fact that treating medical marijuana as a way to get stoned is hurting sick people.


Stupid laws, sure. But they exist and we owe it to sick folks to fuck with their medicine as little as possible.

Medical marijuana should only be used for the patients not recreational use. Sick people need it more then us.

Its called medical marijuana for a reason... the fact it should be used as a medicine. Its people like you that give politicians reasons to keep pot on the lock down, thanks.

I know this guy, he got a prescription or whatever it is you get to get it legally in Ca, and his need was for insomnia. you wanna know why he has insomnia? he has been smoking pot every day for 15 years, and now cant sleep unless he has had a session.
Is this misuse of the system? forget whether you think pot should be illegal, because I think can all agree that it shouldnt be, but...isnt it guys like him that are gonna get medicinal laws repealed?

and also dont think these things affect the system. as long as marijuana si illegal, there are gonna be bad things related to it. the people who try to get weed legalised are mostly dumb, not attacking the root of the problem. ppl keep gon on about WHY it wa smade illegal, instead of why its KEPT illegal

After 16 years of having Glaucoma, the drops I have been using are not working any more. My eye doctor and I had a nice talk about how fantastic marijuana works in keeping down the pressure in eyes of glaucoma patients. That's all I needed to hear. I cannot believe the difference it has made. Now laser surgery can be delayed.
