I'm very fascinated.. Does anyone know if Renewal rabbis perform conversion to Judaism ceremonies?

you have to ask the local one if he/she does.
Most rabbis of all sects will perform conversions. Some are harder on you than others.

If you're looking for a Renewal rabbi who can give you a conversion, I'd look for a local one to talk to, or maybe you could try contacting ohalah.
