Pancakes or Waffles [Archive]

I've been told that some people like one but not the other. Do you agree? Which do you prefer? I was more into pancakes... until I discovered crêpes :)

personally, i prefer pancakes, but NOTHING can beat the awesome power of the french toast.

Nothing beats a really good homemade belgium waffle.

But pancakes rock for an easy alternative.

I love Blini (it's a russian pancake thingy, almost like a crepe but a bit thicker)

French toast is amazing too...I love mixing a shot of bailey's in the batter.

When I was in Quebec I had french toast but instead of bread they used a croissant. Now that is deadly. And what a good way to die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't eat waffles
usually only eat pancakes when my oldest son is home and then it's his homemade pancakes with either mashed bananas or applesauce in them or sometimes he'll use apple juice & wild blueberries.

I would rather have french toast...but don't eat them often either

Buttermilk Pancakes...mmm As long as they're my own, I've never tasted a recipe better than mine. I'll post my recipe if you guys want.
