Will superbloom improve the plant in good ways? Also wondering how to get a weak one to catch up...for it is the only real survivor...Any tips?

Your plants are vegging, not blooming.
You need a veg fertilizer.
Every fertilizer has 3 numbers on the label. These are N-P-K (nitrogen, phosphoros and potash).
For veg, you need a fertilizer that is higher in N than the other 2.
3 weeks into budding, switch to a bloom nutrient.

This is basic stuff you could find out by reading a grow guide for a few minutes.
