If I was a rainbow I'd hide my colors in your light
And I'd reveal myself when the day becomes the night
Then I'd pray for us wings on a starry flight
When venus shines and the moon is right

But its not that easy and I guess thats due
To the obstruction of people who never knew
That we kissed eachother in the morning dew
While the birds above us sand and away they flew

You could shine your gleeming rays down on our little ones
Don't worry about tomorrow for today has just begun
And its a long long time before the day is done

But its sound is far less beautiful than the divinity I've seen
