My friend came by a bunch of alledged 'rolls' that were a pinkish-red with a bit of white chalks of cuts in it. They are about double the thickness of average pills with a Mercades imprint on it. I will follow with a brief trip report in an effort that someone might be a fan of this substance and be able to fill me in as to what I'm eating... although I must say it is definatly enjoyable.
T0:00 - Ingested one pill in the metro on the way to a dinner party on a boat.
T1:00 - This stuff takes about an hour before any real effects become noticable. it is characeteized by an unusal and unplaceable energy qand a constant buzzz which isn't the "pointing a gun at you head and demanding happinenss" feeling of going up on a soild roll. It also dosn't have the 'waves' of sensation of conscinousness that I would say are chqaracteristic of MDMA.
T1:30 - This is where the 'peak' lies on this trip... by now I'm talking quite quickly and articulatly with my BF... mild sensations of drunkenness (I have been slowly and carefuly drinking a little alochol)... I do not notice any shift in conscinousness however I do believe by the peak your fairly high up there, my patterns of thought, logic and reasoning have all reached at least a mildly noticable higher state of grace. My friend and I also noticed some very minor 'shapeshifting' type of hallucinations at this point, but they are more dreamlike and hardly noticable than the realism of distortion by psilocybin or lsd.
T2:00-5:00 - There is a fairly constant and noticable buzz... I'm in love with engaging people in conversation and feel as though I have unusual reasoning abilities. I characterized this to my friend by saying to him, "I feel as though I could solve any problem, or fix anything you put in front of me."
The strange part is this was the third of these mercades I had eaten in 48 hours and expected little if anything and was pleasently surprised. The previous night to this incident I consumed two. For whatever reason both expirences where almost identical in 'intoxcation'. This high is fun because it also leaves you with a sort of "who gives a shit" attitude so everyhting seems that much less consequensicial.
Anybody else know what this is? Anybody try other rolls that truned out not to be MDMA but were still great anyway?
