do i loook like a child?
i went to the bank to get a statement printout. the teller told me to sit in the waiting section and the manager lady would help me. well.. she skipped me twice.. another couple even pointed over to me and said i was next.. the lady just gestured that i was waiting for someone... who? i had been sitting there for an hour! came in alone.. sat there alone... what the fuck? i was so upset already that i just left.
gonna go get an ATM printout tomorrow.. if it's not good enough.. i don't even know.. i'm gonna be extremely pissed off. i need help!!

however think about this , that manager lady is just an ordinary person like you and I, dealing with people everyday all day long isn't easy (I worked in public service not once). Imagine may be right before you came, someone was sitting there, waiting fro someone and she asked them if she could help them and they were like "no, I am sitting here waiting for someone" lol Then you come and she decides if you need any help/service from her you will ask for it. quite possible isn't it? And many other variations, including she was on her period that day and just didnt like you lol But then again, you have the right to get that paper from her, so she has to deal with it, so make her. It's time to start standing up for your rights
From my experience the best way to attack public service places is with a smile, sense of humor and a couple of beers. lol I get sometimes unbelievable help from the people there by just smiling at them or joking with them.
take it easy
although I believe people become stronger through life experiences not therapy, but some claim it helps, so
again good luck
it is.
