    well there is a munchies forum.... anyway, here is one:

    Tomato, spinach and bean burrito

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 cup diced onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons chili powder, or to taste
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 cup water
    4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    salt to taste
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
    1 ripe avocado, sliced
    4 tablespoons sour cream
    4 tablespoons salsa

    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Stir in chili powder and cumin, and cook 1 minute. Stir in water, tomato, kidney beans and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook 5 minutes more. Spoon 1/4 of the bean mixture into the middle of a warm tortilla. Wrap and garnish with avocado, sour cream and salsa.

    I hate sour cream so when I make it I leave it out.

    Why not check out the munchies forum? There are tons of good recipes there...

    But here's mine for taco melt...

    ingredients:
    * 1 lb of ground beef or tofu, marinated in red wine for at least 1 hour
    * 1/3 cup of each green and black olives
    * 1 red sweet pepper, diced
    * 1 clove crushed garlic
    * 1 can tomato paste
    * 1 cup medium or hot salsa
    * 1 cup basil
    * 1 bag tortilla chips
    * 1 cup hummus
    * 1 cup guacamole
    * 1 cup sour cream, with a handful of chives chopped into it
    * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    Mix the salsa with the garlic, tomato paste. Cook the ground beef with the marinade until its well cooked. Turn off the heat, and mix in the olives, basil, and half the salsa. Make a pyramid of beef in the middle of a large plate, surround with the chips, and sprinkle the cheese on top so it melts a little. Put hummus, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole in separate bowls for dipping. Yummy with a side of margaritas!

    ok, here is a real quick and hella easy one. My kids, nieces, nephews, brother, sister and my parents love these.

    Pizza Dogs

    you will need:
    hotdogs
    pizza sauce
    motzarella cheese
    buns
    seasonings (optional)

    first off boil hotdogs
    place bun on a cookie sheet, once the hotdogs are done boiling, place it in the bun.
    Next, cover it with pizza sauce and top with the cheese, you can also add some oregano or some italian seasoning.

    place in the broiler until the cheese has melted.

    To some people this doesnt sound to good, but really dont knock em till ya try em.
