1) It's your room. Why would they just walk in without your permission? 2) Even if they do walk in, so what? They'll be just as shocked and embarrassed to see you nude and will probably be barging in unannounced less frequently.
Yes, I completely agree with you monosphere; why should you be ashamed of your body? It's beautiful, enjoy it! Or you can say to your parents or whoever you are living with that you're wearing nothing but your skin to bed, and I'm sure they'll understand.
The only time I sleep clothed is if I'm sleeping in the same room as somebody who would be really uncomfortable with my nudity.
There's a solution to that. It's called closing the door. If you have a lock, that helps too. In the event of a no-lock, interrupting mother situation, make it clear to her that you want your privacy at night and that you don't want her invading your personal space when you're sleeping unless the house is burning down. If she's not keen on that, just tell her that you like to sleep nude and I'm sure she'll stay out.
Sleeping naked is the best thing. I have been doing it for a long time. If I share a room with someone or not.
I haven't been sleeping naked for the last week. I rubbed my ass raw (don't ask how) and it hurts worse to sleep naked. I had to resort to wearing boxers to bed. Uncomfortable really.
I love sleeping naked. Everything is better when you are naked...well maybe except running through a corn field backwards!
Sleeping naked is good for us gals; for airing things out. Really. if you're not a daily bather, sleeping in the nude keeps you fresh.
I've slept naked for years. As soon as i come home i strip, sometimes all the way, sometimes to my undies. I find clothes too restrictive and i hate that. I hate restriction in general too. Especially at night, how can you sleep when you move one way and you're clothes go another, the tags or material are itchy. I can't stand it so i "sleep a nekked" ;-) The trick in the winter is to have a hot water bottle at your feet. It heats you all up and pull the doona or covers up over your nose. That way, you're breathing in the warm air under the covers, into your lungs not the cold air in the room
