I like to not resort to ad hominem attacks, but he started by insinuating that I am some kind of Trump asslicker.
He did start it. As he said in his apology, he was still wound up about previous events. Ok, hopefully you'll accept the apology Rat, and we all may have our faith in humanity and in the HF community restored.
Yeah, of course I accept it. Just don't fly off the handle next time when people don't have exactly the same opinion as you. Keep it civil and so will I.
Thanks for accepting my apology. I'm still a little touchy, because if he's still pissed tomorrow, I could be homeless again. Now, how about an apology on your end?
Dude, I have been homeless a few times. My mom and I were homeless when I was a kid. I was homeless by my lonesome in Bankhead, which is one of the most dangerous areas of Atlanta(it was in the dead of winter too). I was homeless again in Gainesville, GA, which is no walk in the park either(that also happened to be in the dead of winter). I've lived in shitty motels for months on end. I don't even feel like I have a home now. Sure, I have a couch to sleep on and a roof over my head, but it doesn't feel like home.
Hopefully this will blow over. In any case, it might be helpful to plan things out in the event of an emergency. Do you know about 211? You can call 211 or visit www.211.org They can help connect you with a variety of resources, housing, food, healthcare, employment and a bunch of other services. If you don't have a lifeline phone now, you might be able to get one
I'll look into it, but I think everything will be okay. I bookmarked it just now though, just in case. Thanks, brudda.
I can't believe I typed "through" instead of "threw". I came back to this thread to see if Matt apologized after I apologized to him, which he didn't, and I noticed the "through/threw" fuck up. That shit bothers me more than Matt not being man enough to apologize. lol
lol I love all of you guys(even you, Matt). We've all known eachother too long to fight over bullshit.
the kind of world we all have to live in, legitimately concerns everyone. if anything, more so then anything else. everyone does have a right, to chaise anyone off their lawn, who is annoying or disturbing them. no one has a right however, to claim the whole world as their lawn. nor is it right, to exclude from existence public spaces to be enjoyed by all, nor to claim a larger buffer zone around a residence then is needed nor to abut such buffer zones so as to leave no public space for passage between them. nor for that matter, to claim ownership of land, as an exclusive privilege of humans. and i seriously question the morality, of buying and selling land at all. there may be lots of gods, or one or none, but there is no other evil then aggressiveness, and no other morality, than consideration.
