I personally have a butterfly strap remote controlled vibrator. It's well worth the money. The actual Dildo vibrator slides into the vagina and straps around the waste. I comfortably pull my panty over and control the vibration from a remote. It does however make the crotch area look a bit thicker so avoid fitted clothes the day you have it in you. It's fairly comfortable I've gotten used to mine and first it's difficult walking and sitting because there's a thick piece of plastic in you but when you having a rough day and turn on the vibration gosh it's lovely.
