My doctor prescribed me a tens unit a few years back for my lower back. It didnt take me long to start experimenting with it in other areas searching for pleasure. Got to where the pads would no longer stick so I packed it away. A couple weeks ago I located new pads. Its a dual lead unit with different settings. Ive made a new friend again with this thing in the last few days. I really like the amount of precum it produces if placed in the right areas. Anyone ever add a tens unit ti their sex play?

I have a TENS unit that I bought several years ago. I got into it pretty heavy for a while, but not so much lately, although I will get it out occasionally. Always solo, but I would like to try it with my wife. I'd like to put one pad on my ass, the other on hers, and see what it would feel like while my cock was in her pussy.

But it can be pretty amazing solo. Mine has 4 pads, and I've put a pad on each inner thigh a couple of inches from the base of my cock, another right on the base, and the other on the underside near the tip. Like you say, an amazing amount of pre-cum. With the right amount of TENS pulsing, you can edge for hours (personal experience) with a soaking amount of pre-cum and then a massive cumload when you decide to go for it.

There's a whole culture of E-stim out there (do an internet search). Anal probes for prostate stimulating, penile probes, conductive rubber tubing to wrap around your cock just below the head. Units that will accept audio inputs for musical pulsing, and even special MIDI files just for electro-sex.

My favorite is one pad on my perinium, another on the butt crack above the butthole. The other set I put one pad on at the base of my cock on my balls and the other on the uperside of my cock under the head. I can feel the pulse up into the prostate.

I built a unit from the plans in a site called safestim. I uses the sound files. I wrap a copper wire around the groove under the head of my cock and another around the base. I agree the amount of precum is amazing. I can spend hours watching porn and get to a point where there is so much pleasure I almost loose consciencness and precum flowing from my cock. I have never thought to use it on my prostate. Hmmm, I will have to build s probe.

I use a tens unit with a carbon ring behind the rim of the cock head and a pad just behind the but hole in the crack. Unit set to max at 60 cycles per minuter and pulsating. This has worked the best for my post prostectomy ED as it is producing partial erections after two years. Cialis is not heart friendly for me and a pump leaves a cold cock and didn't help with a return of a natural erection.

Everything posted above is a plus for me...................

My operation was eleven months ago & I've been taking 5mg of Cialis a day. Interestingly although I can't get an erection I can have a satisfying orgasm from masturbation, sometimes better than those I had pre-op. My partner gradually lost her interest in sex long ago so we have not had a physical relationship for nearly nine years but I'd love to have intercourse again, even if it means being unfaithful. I guess I'll have to wait for the nerves to (hopefully) recover & although my doctor/surgeon/specialist nurse has suggested a pump I've read bad reports about them.

Not having any replies to my post since July (the op by the way was for the removal of my prostate - sorry) would anyone care to venture an opinion as to whether E-stim or Tens equipment might be of help to me?
    Thanks in advance

Warbird, here's my personal experience, which may be different from yours. I had a radical prostatectomy about 15 months ago. I've tried the daily use 5 mg Cialis, and to be honest, I can't tell that it helps at all. My doctor prescribed a manual vacuum pump, and I used it for a while. I could get a fairly nice erection with it, but it wouldn't last more than a couple of minutes.

The TENS unit does help me to get an erection, and the more frequently that I use it, the more it works.

Even without the TENS, (may be different with you), I can get a semi-hard erection either from watching porn and masturbating, or just masturbating with my eyes closed and using my imagination. I find that as I start getting semi-erect, if I sort of squeeze at the base to keep the blood from flowing back out of it will remain semi-hard. My doctor suggested the cock ring that came with the vacuum pump. I did try that a couple of times, but my pubic hairs got all tangled up with it, and it hurt like hell when I took it off. I guess I could shave my hair or use a depilatory, but I haven't tried that yet.

My wife and I still have a satisfying physical relationship, and both of us can have an orgasm without penile penetration via manual or oral stimulation. Our routine has pretty much we'll get each other aroused, and I'll work to give her an orgasm, then it's my turn, when I'll climax from a combination of oral, her masturbating me, finishing off with me jacking myself. I know that I'll never get a "diamond-hard glass-cutter" erection again, but the semi-hard erection still works for a satisfying orgasm without actual cum ejaculation.

Give a TENS unit a try if you can, but you'll have to decide if the expense of purchasing one is worth it if it doesn't work for you.

I bid on a used TENS unit online and have used it for three years or so. My $17 last-second winning bid didn’t break the bank. The unit takes a 9V battery, which over time became the bigger expense. At some point I discovered our unused landline phone had a 9V power cord. I tossed the crappy phone but kept the power block and cord to use instead of batteries to power the TENS. Half the fun (OK, less that half) of estim is knowing it doesn’t require a big investment.

I've used a 10's unit for years on my lower back after being introduced to them by my chrio. If you wash the pads with warm water after each use they last along time.

I tried it a few years ago and just found it to be OK. I did have some amazing cums using it but it wasn't all that spontaneous. Maybe I'll get another one and give it a shot.
