I Just Bit Into A Fish Oil Capsule. Ask Me Anything

I grabbed what i thought was one of my vitamin C chewable tablets, tossed it into my mouth and bit down on that bad boy like there was no tommorow. Turns out i accidentally grabbed one of my fish oil gel capsules. Go on, ask me anything!

 

You be burping up fish now. I did that once and it was revolting and never took a fish pill again. It even said no fishy smell or taste BULLSHIT IT WAS ALL FISH!!

 

Well, theres no fishy taste or smell if taken properly...

 

It was the burping afterward. Going down was fine just a tinge yellow capsule but I always drink water with pills and that first little bring up swallowing too much air brought the fish taste and it was yuck. Like I had that taste for half a day.

Carlson's liquid lemon flavored fish oil has absolutely no fishy taste at all. It's by far my favorite, but it's just too expensive, so now I take the NOW brand capsules. But yeah, your breath is going to smell like rotten pussy for a day now.

 

I used to take this stuff.. tasted good as well..

While people who tend to eat a lot of fish are generally healthier and more active, it’s not cause and effect, it’s about what they’re not eating which is meat products

Not certain but I don’t I view everything in life through the lens of conspiratorial eyes.

And it's more possible that they're not.

 

I woud say without any specific insight it is 50/50 at best. I mean it is not like every funded study comes out with biased stuff (not saying it doesn't happen on a regular basis, like I said at first instance we can say there's a 50/50 chance the results favor the companies that funded it. Figure pulled out of ass: just saying why say with certainty the chance is far larger when we don't know and it is based on a generalisation). If you do have any solid insight that makes clear a particular study has been tempered with I am glad to hear it. If it is based on the general premise that these studies are sometimes biased in favor of the companies that funded them I would say that does not make it 'more possible than that they're not'. It's an assumption, an educated guess, nothing more. I think it is worthwile pointing that out.
